Valdis Broze at CONTEMPORANIA

CONTEMPORANIA is a new fair in the city of Barcelona, to promote high craftsmanship and excellency. It took place from 28-30 September, 2023 at Palau Reial de Pedralbes.

The transformation of JOYA Barcelona Art Jewellery and Objects has a new title, “Contemporania High Craftsmanship Barcelona”, a novel space for national and international contemporary crafts and a trade fair for artists, institutions, galleries and collectives to present and promote their creativity. The event was open to the general public and become a lively place to network with institutions, private and public collections.

Latvian jewellery artist Valdis Brože took part in the event, presenting his latest jewellery collection “Timeless”, which cleverly plays on the watch glasses without dials used in the collection. The fair served as a meeting point for professional and modern craftsmen.
