Vladislavs Čistjakovs

Artist and jeweller Vladislavs Čistjakovs (1987) education has been all about metal, graduating from the Metal Design programme at Rēzekne Art and Design Secondary School (2006), and the Metal Design Department of the Art Academy of Latvia (BA 2010, MA 2013). He has worked as a modeller-engraver and a jeweller, gaining especially valuable experience with the Latvian branch of the US firm “Edgar Berebi”. Vladislavu Čistjakovu is fascinated by the process, from idea to end resut, doing everything entirely by hand: transforming precious metal dust and seemingly humble pieces of precious metal into treasures which bring joy to both the artist and future owners.
